Most people in this industry think they have to move to Ahmedabad, Bengaluru or Pune to work on serious projects. We started Newsoft Infotech in Himatnagar to prove that is not true. Our team works on client websites, SEO campaigns and brand identities that reach customers across India, and they do it from here.

We are a small team, which means two things. You will not spend a year doing one narrow task before anyone lets you near a client — and equally, nobody will carry you. If you want ownership early and are willing to earn it, this is a good place to be.

What working here is actually like

We would rather tell you honestly than sell you a version you will be disappointed by in week two.

• You work directly on live client projects from your first month, with a mentor reviewing your output
• Learning time is built into the week — courses, certifications and tools are paid for by us
• Small team, so your work is visible and your ideas actually get tried
• Five-and-a-half day week with genuinely predictable hours — we do not glorify late nights
• Salary reviewed every year on performance, not on how long you have been sitting here
• Interns are paid, mentored and given a clear path to a full-time offer
